Event Halls
On the ground floor are two adjoining, spacious, and well-lit halls measuring 207 and 117 square meters, accommodating up to 300 guests in total. Both are equipped with basic technical facilities such as sound and microphone systems, projector and retractable screen, and Arper seating. In the past, this was the operational heart of Ditta Medici, where marble blocks were cut and transformed into prestigious artworks and restorations.
Studio
Formerly used for design and as a show room for flooring techniques, the Studio now hosts meetings and informal gatherings. It retains the charm of its history with a contemporary furnishing style enhanced by lighting design curated by Artemide.
Kitchen and Dining Area
A 45-square-meter professional kitchen and a spacious dining room offer the perfect setting for breaks and convivial moments. It accommodates up to 30 seated guests and can also be arranged for buffets during events.
Garden
Outside, the garden spans 750 square meters, dominated by a majestic overhead crane once used for moving stone blocks. Amid native plants, ancient columns and marble inserts made from slabs originally stored in this space create a harmonious blend of nature and memory.
Training Rooms
The first floor features three modular rooms ideal for training, equipped with audio systems and next-generation LED screens. A large terrace offers a view of the iconic Gazometro and the historic Mira Lanza buildings.
