Education and Merit: The Challenges of Essere PA

On July 28, at L’Opificio Italiacamp, the Essere PA program was presented — a training initiative based on an innovative model designed to develop humanistic skills such as relational abilities, critical thinking, and self-awareness, through learning paths that promote both personal and professional growth, in line with the Directive issued on January 14, 2025, by the Minister for Public Administration, Paolo Zangrillo, titled “Enhancing People and Generating Public Value through Training.”
Promoted by the Department of Public Administration, the program offers a free training opportunity for both central and local administrations, contributing to the achievement of the individual performance goal related to training—set at a minimum of 40 hours per year starting from 2025.
